Abstract: The U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) designed and developed a tool called the ARL Real-time Application Representative (RaprEdt) tool to support the emulation of communication scenarios by providing a method for rapidly creating critical files that are required for using the RAPR Version 1.0, a product of the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL).
