Abstract: Volume 1 presented the distributed interactive simulation lethality communication server, a client-server approach to handling battle simulation lethality. Although Volume 1 explained the approach and its benefits and limitations, it presented no information about how to set up, run, or modify the server. In this volume, these vital (yet sometimes tedious) details are provided.
