Abstract: This report presents a set of functions, written in C++, that is designed to work with evenly spaced rectangular surface grids. Grids of this type have a variety of applications, including representing terrain features and storing spatial probability information. Relative to other methods of storing surface information, they can be advantageous when calculation time is critical.
