Modifications to Existing SSP Tasks
SSP tasks may be extended for time, funds, and/or scope as long as the task ceiling does not exceed $750K and the period of performance does not exceed 18 months. Significant scope changes should be submitted as a separate task.
To modify an existing SSP task order, the SSP Request to Modify form must be submitted through the SSP Portal at https://extranet.aro.army.mil/SSP. The SSP Portal will guide the requestor to determine if any of the following documents are also required:
- Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE)
- Service Contract Approval Forms
- Funding Document (MIPRs, Interagency Agreements, etc)
- COR Certificate
To add incremental funding to an existing task order, only the funding document should be uploaded to the portal.
